This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Burger Stack Tycoon for mobile devices, which was developed and is published by Wabartum Studio (officially registered as Wabartum Dekorasyon Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited Sirketi).
Our application is designed as a direct-play arcade-idle game. We do not require users to register, create accounts, or provide any personally identifiable information (such as your name, billing address, or phone number) to play the game.
However, the application may automatically collect certain non-sensitive, non-personal device information. This includes, but is not limited to: your mobile device's unique device ID, anonymized IP address, device operating system, and gameplay progression statistics.
To provide this application as a free-to-play service, we integrate third-party mobile advertising networks. These networks may access anonymized advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / AD_ID or Apple IDFA) directly from your device to deliver relevant, personalized ads.

Our services are designed for general audiences and are not specifically targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from children under 13 years of age.
All in-game progress, level completion data, and currency data are saved locally on your device's persistent storage (via Unity PlayerPrefs) and are not transmitted to or stored on our external servers.
